Founded by Singapore-born Lama Thubten Namdrol Dorje in 2001, Thekchen Choling Singapore is a Tibetan Buddhist Temple that encompasses both the Tibetan & Chinese tradition.
The temple conducts regular weekly teachings in English and Mandarin, chanting and prayer sessions.

currently we r preparing for chinese new year to come~ alot of activity~ do come and join us~ wad religion also can~ All are Welcome~
do u guys think go temple = shao xiang bai bai? (burn joy stick pray pray?)
u r wrong! we r more den tat~ we learn dharma~ fun activity for everybody~ help the needy and poor~
most of all~ being a better and useful person~ u may think i m wasting time? but no helping others and helping the temple do make me more aware wad i m doing~ wad is right and wad is wrong~ if u r facing problem no body to tok to we have alot of listening ear~ and advice for u to face the problem~ not 1 person not 2 person is alot of ppl~ and if u r shy we do have wise ppl tok to 1 will b enuff~
and further more we r like 1 family~ ^^
back to blogging~ monday aft sch~ when home~ watch TV! till 2am~ dint sleep~ when to temple to hang prayer flag! i tell u so many ppl turn up~ lama was so happy~ and lama cook us a very delicious veg bee hoon~ toking about it make me drooling~ its so nice~ and barley for us too~ hanging everything till about 5-6pm everything is done~ den clear things up~
help to cut something~ and 7pm~ adam andrew leroy and ming yang + jing wei + nga wang when to sleep~ and there is no place to sleep~ so i meditated in the room~ for 20-30min~
aft wen hao finish the morning guru puja he came in and saw me meditating and was shock~ and den we when for coffee~ and mustafa to walk walk help ani chokyi to buy fruits for offering~
till 11am adam woke up and sms me~ we took out time walk back temple~ ming yang and andrew was gone~ meet the rest of them when for breakfast~ aft tat we when back lama ask us to pack some new mandala incease paper in 50 per pack for new year offering~ (offering mandala is the fastest way of gaining merit~ so u burn 1 pack u r gaining 50x merti!!)
we manage to pack 1 pack~ 2K piece! and we have 51 more pack to go! LoL~ let other ppl do la we very tired liao~
and we do some deng long~ and when for lunch~~ den go back do some painting~ and when home at 7pm~ dint go sch at all LoL~~ nv take mc also~~
aft reach home~ watch tv thinking of name for our youth group~ hahaha~ think + watch TV till 12am~ sleep~ till morning 7+ go sch~
2 days of sleep done in 1 day~ not enuff sia~ i wish i can help more! i wish its holiday! i wish!!! i m a millionair! so i can offer the land behind and help to build out temple bigger!

BZ! y so bz?
since the last time i updated~ ppl complain!! my blog too wordy~ LoL~
long conversation short say~
its the time of the year when temple is gettin bz~ chinese new year is coming tats y we r bz la~
we hang deng long~ do spring clearing~
friday when party at joshua house~ there is~ alot of ppl~ let me name them~
of cos starting with me myself and i there is~~~

andrew was the 1st to get drunk at 9pm sharp~ vomitted also LoL~

ADAM is our start tat nite~ he was super drunk~ vomitted in the toilet without any help~ play guitar~ and last he when in the room~ and keep saying~ "head very pain~" "how" "i dont noe"
and when jing wei ask him who he like~ he say it out~ loud~ =x its a disclose secret~ LoL~ and video is even taken~
eunice not drunk but she vomitted and faint for sec~ when On the way to take bus with yi teng~ and bing qiang send them down~ bing qiang dont noe got do wad funny thing to her anot LOL!!!
nga wang also drunk~ keep holding my hand tell me~ " u r my best fren~" u very good to me" u r always in my heart~" and he when into joshua altar room lay there and do some wiggling dam funny~
and aft tat rest abit cant fall asleep den when out chat with joshua ivy wen hao and ming yang and andrew~ till 5.30am den go back to sleep~ when i fall asleep its already 6am~
wake up 10am~ when to temple to do spring clearing~
clear statues~ i got a poke from thousand arm chenrezig finger on my head~! aft ming yang rub of abit of the paint from the back ground~ and shouted SHIT! and i stand up! and "dang" sibei pain!! folo by ming yang and adam also kanna~
and from wad me and jing wei see on tat day~ leroy and bing qiang keep sticking to eunice~ ahhaahahaha~
and today i also found out tat andrew also like eunice~ dont noe y all of them fall for her~ was it a spell or something? hahahahaha~
eunice this little gal~ with the age of 18 going 19~ look quite sweet and frenly bah~ tats y they r going aft her lor~ LoL~ she look like sec 2 or sec 3 nia Lol~
today when to temple dint help much and when out for dinner with my sis and lama tashi.. he can speak very good chinese and english~ bring him to esplande for japanese food~ and bring him to temple~ and when he was outside i when in and tell nga wang~ there is a lama outside~
he say "ahh~ dont care la" den i say " he is my fren!". he look so happy and drag me out~ and start toking~ aft like 2-3 sentence of conversation~ he pull him into his room~ and he told me~ lama tashi village is near his village~ and also found out tat~ ken rinpoche attanden is lama tashi's cousin~ and they both r so happy~ to see ppl from their country and even village next door.. feel happy for them~ but lama tashi is going taipei on tues morning~ cant send him and he have to part with nga wang his new fren so soon~ but nvm~ he will come visit singapore again~ haha~ hopefully soon~ haha~
best wishes for lama tashi with a very good trip to taipei~ and wish to see him again soon~ ^^
