Sorry so long nv update my blog.. due 2 some lack of time problem~ =x LoL
or can say my time management no good =x haha..

when gym few days~ on friday when to play bball~ injured my left arm~ due 2 over use maybe~ lift too much weight liao.. den when take rebound on friday got ppl jump not high enuff den pull the ball aft i hold it.. and i notice my right hand is totally not in use when i defence.. too long nv play bball liao la.. but left hand along can reject ppl get rebound and even can back fire ppl~ very good liao la.. LoL..

sorry to bro adam.. dint make it to meet up with u guys sorry man~ feel bad sia.. gonna meet u guys this coming thur..
